I will briefly state the components of a good sign-on package so you know what to look out for when you sign up with a great RN travel company. A good recruiting company will usually sponsor almost your entire relocation exercise. They will start with the preparation for NCLEX-RN exam. NCLEX RN PREPARATION. They will usually attach an experienced USA RN to you as an educational advisor to help you prepare and write NCLEX-RN. This agency will offer you with regular assignments and periodic tutorials until they are convinced that you can be successful in the board exams. So before you sign up with any RN agency, look out for great benefits in their RN recruitment package. Most companies may adjust these benefits by adding or updating them regularly.
